委託流程 Commissioning Process

雙方確認排單時程,粗估委託交付日期

委託人提出需求並附上想法(包含示意圖/文字敘述/靈感圖...等等)

得到委託需求後我會出示估價與委託合約 (此時委託尚未成立)

委託人交付50%~100%委託費(依照項目而定) 後正式成立委託

告知委託人具體作品交付日期,確認無誤後開始動工

若委託人無特殊要求默認皆為一鍵出圖,繪製期間不討論(可接受主動詢問)

委託完成後使用原聯絡方式給予GOOGLE連結or壓縮檔交付檔案

確認無誤後完成委託,若無特別要求則我方可以在一個周後使用作品宣傳
Both parties confirm the order schedule and estimate the delivery date.
The client provides their requirements and ideas (including illustrations/text descriptions/inspiration images, etc.).
After receiving the requirements, I will provide an estimate and commission contract.(Please note: the commission is NOT officially confirmed at this stage).
Once the client pays a 50% to 100% deposit (depending on the project), the commission is officially confirmed and active.
I will notify the client of the specific delivery date. Work will begin once confirmed.
By default, the artwork will be delivered directly upon completion without interim updates or discussions during the process, unless a progress check is specifically requested (clients are welcome to ask for status updates proactively).
Upon completion, I will send the final files via a Google Drive link or a compressed folder (.zip) through our original contact channel.

Once confirmed, the commission is complete. I reserve the right to use the artwork for self-promotion after one week, unless the client requests otherwise.
